It's a great unit. We have another bidet seat, a different brand, and this one is definitely better. Lots of good options for temperature and stream strengths. The only reason it isn't perfect is the fault of our existing fixtures, not Toto's. The round seat toilets we have limit the space for the seat's workings and the spray. It's a nice product that works well. The heated seat is great, and everything functions well. I'm not happy with the fit on our round toilet, though. It extends more to the front, so we can see the porcelain. It also gives a strange angle forward. I find that it has an odd odor, too, of new electronics.
