Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out. The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. This refrigerator is seriously impressive, especially if you’re a little bit of a techie and appreciate appliances that do more than just sit there keeping the milk cold. First, the counter-depth design works beautifully in our kitchen. It gives that clean, built-in look without sticking halfway into the room, but somehow the interior still feels surprisingly roomy. I was prepared to sacrifice storage for the sleeker profile, and so far, I don’t feel like I did. The Beverage Center may be my favorite feature. Having filtered water tucked neatly inside keeps the exterior clean, and the entire setup just feels thoughtfully designed. Add the dual ice maker, Family Hub, AI features, and all the smart functionality, and there’s plenty here for those of us who enjoy technology perhaps a little more than necessary. I also love the charcoal glass and stainless combination. It’s modern without looking overly futuristic, and it works perfectly with the clean look I wanted for the kitchen. Now here’s where Samsung caused a problem. I liked this refrigerator so much that I went back and started replacing the other appliances to match the Bespoke lineup. A new gas range and AI dishwasher will soon be joining it. Was that the original plan? Absolutely not. Apparently the refrigerator initiated a full kitchen appliance restructuring. At this price point, this is obviously an investment, so I’m not handing out five stars because the screen is pretty. For me, it’s the combination of counter-depth proportions, usable interior space, Beverage Center, smart features, and overall design that makes the price easier to justify. Long-term reliability will ultimately determine whether Samsung keeps me this enthusiastic. But right now? Would I add this to cart?
