I ordered two of these mirrors. I am outraged by the fact that the hooks for hanging them are not leveled. And this is on both!!! I was able address the issue on the second one o hung by simply putting the screws in the wall at 2 different heights, but now I have to find a way to adjust the screws for the one I hung first, as I only realized there was this issue after drilling the holes in the wall (took me about 4 hours to realize what the issue was). I’m so disappointed. Another thing that was really annoying is that they changed the delivery date on me after I bought the item because, according to the note they sent me, the item was too delicate for their standard delivery methods so the “upgraded” my delivery method “free of charge” (oh, thank you!) adding about 10 days to the delivery schedule. How do you realize something like that out of the blue, after the order is placed I didn’t raise a complaint when this happened, but now that I’ve gone through what I had to go through because of the poor manufacturing of the item, I can’t just keep all the frustration to myself. Shipping took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait! This mirror is so stunning. It is wide and tall and really fills up a space. I was not expecting that. It has a really pretty bubbled frame in gold and it’s very well-made. There are two brackets on the back where you can anchor the mirror onto the wall if you choose to do so, and it came with all of the anchoring tools you need. I have this corner in my dining room that kind of was sitting there empty and I didn’t know what I wanted to do with it and I imagined a mirror and some kind of greenery would probably be really nice it would brighten up the room, make it a little bigger, and my granddaughter would be able to look at herself and dance in front of it. the mirror is very well made and beautiful. one star off b/c i just really want people to know the anti tip kit that comes with it is not appropriate for the mirror. This mirror weighs 70lbs and should be anchored to the wall studs with much better screws than what is included. if it was anchored to the drywall you would need drywall togle bolts. the kit that is included is by no means appropriate to secure this heavy of a mirror. it is very much a safety issue..
