I bought unit September 2023. First weeks a got issues with remote control. Not sure why I did not return it. Now - one day it works. Next day it does not. And it is no more remote control - there are push buttons on the unit

After two years, the seat occasionally starts to FALL after raising. I just called tech support and there appears to be no adjustment possible. The lid lifts all the way back to the tank, but the seat falls short all the time and occasionally when it stops going up, it begins to fall back down. Really like this product otherwise. If someone knew how to adjust the seat - that would fix the issue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First seat was faulty. Replacement they sent was fine. The setup is very simple. Connect a water line and plug it in. Features work as stated. The cleaning is great. Would like to see the settings saveable for different people who use the seat.

Kohler Co. warrants its toilets with integrated cleansing functionality ("Intelligent Toilets") and electric cleansing seats to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to Kohler products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas"). Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the product.
