It’s beautiful and well made! I’m actually going to purchase another one now . My friends all loves it.

Package was misdelivered and signed by someone else even though we were home all day. Wayfair refuses to do anything until 3 full business days have passed even though there’s no place outside to leave a package, we do not have building management the courier could have left it with, and we’ve already checked with the neighbors.

The bidet itself seems well made and has the basic functions a bidet should. However, I feel the price is way to high for the features you get on this one. I would definitely not pay full price for this...I would wait for a good sale or if you have a coupon code. Installation is easy and simple following the included directions. One annoying quirk is that the seat shifts side to side when you sit on it. I believe it's just the way the mount is constructed as you can't tighten anything down to make it tighter. Another is the control pad is about an inch too long and I find my outside thigh resting on the corner of it. I really wish this one had automatic cycles like my BioBidet....1 minute of wash then 4.5 minutes of dry...all with just one button press.

Nice product saw it everywhere in Japan didn't put it on as yet but soon.
