This panel works perfectly in our guest bathroom. I had a general contractor install it, and he installed it alone in about 30 minutes. The panel has great thickness and covers a good portion of the tub. I imagine there will be a little splash from the shower, but it’s worth it considering how you can see the beautiful tile surround as it is no longer hiding behind a shower curtain. I REALLY love these door and the hardware is so simple, elegant and understated. I would have given it 5 stars except I wasn’t able to get the size of the doors I needed. I have a standard 90 inch tub. But I couldn’t find doors that would fit correctly. The 3rd photo shows a big metal bar that my contractor had to go purchase and cut and then paint gold to look like the hardware. We’re very pleased with this purchase. Shower door quotes were coming in at over $4k. At a fraction of the cost we thought we’d try this shower wall instead. It looks great. High quality and was easy for our contractor to install. Furthermore, the delivery process was industry leading. Ok so i was very nervous about ordering a 3 piece door for this clients project, we were originally going to go with a custom glass door to be absolutely positive of the fit but in order to save money I went ahead and opted to go with this door from the Glass Warehouse only because I had purchased several of their panels in the past, obviously as they recommend I took all of my measurements carefully and was hoping that their measurements and their tolerances were going to be as accurate as the description stated and they absolutely were! The three-piece door fit perfectly just as it should and had more than enough anchoring points for the load-bearing panel holding the door to be nice and stable, for added Comfort I did go ahead and put in the recommended stability bar which definitely stabilized it more but does not detract from the frameless appearance. Well, packaged as always, the delivery ppl could have done a better job, but that has nothing to do with the product, i will keep ordering these doors in the future.
