Fabulous all around! My Toto Drake toilets arrived less than 24 hours after I placed my order. They’re now installed and we’re all loving them! I went down the toilet search rabbit hole for months and finally decided to get the ones I initially wanted. Months wasted over trying to find the best one when it was right in front of me the entire time. Silly me.. Marianthe. South Burlington, VT. Mon Aug 11 2025

I’m happy with the TOTO toilet I purchased yesterday and give it five stars. However, I was disappointed that the toilet, which is Washlet+ ready, does not come with a cover for the bidet opening which is approximately 2” in diameter. So if you don’t intend on purchasing the Washlet+, you have to buy an inexpensive cover Toto and others sell separately if you don’t want to have to stare at an ugly hole in the toilet where the washlet+ goes. Furthermore, the product specifications do not provide the diameter of the opening, making it difficult to determine which cover to purchase. TOTO should include a cover Other than this inconvenience, I am very pleased with the the purchase.. Jay. Sat Sep 26 2026

I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh.
