It was easy to install and works very well. Good quality.

Easy to install, directions were clear and unambiguous. Operating directions also were easy to follow. Unit worked first time on install and continues to work well. Key item to be aware, you need an electrical outlet close to any bidet seat for ease of use. We had an outlet installed to accommodate this unit.

Annoying to install even by professionals, doesn’t clean half as well as much cheaper and easier to install bidets like the tushy, starts dripping water any time you sit down, front bidet causes issues for women like BV.

So far my daughters are very pleased with their bidets & I love mine too.

I must admit I was skeptical when I first started using the toilet seat. But I have come to like it. Just one improvement I would suggest. Make the seat more comfortable. It’s small and tilts forward so you’re not going to read a book on it! 🥴
