This one is sleek and flatter than other units we have. We like this one as well as our other Washlet. We can never go back to using the toilet seat without a bidet.

Second one we purchased for another home - ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Great quality and dependable - does the job!

Very satisfied with this purchase. Personal user settings, heated seat are very nice features. Very clean design. The remote control allows you to keep a nice symmetrical look to the toilet. This seat does not look like an afterthough add-on.

I recently did some small updates to my bathroom, so I decided to take the opportunity to get a Toto Washlet installed as well. I've been to Japan twice and loved the bidet seats. In fact, I literally go out the way to find a stall with a bidet seat when I'm at Narita Airport. This model in the Washlet lineup is about in the middle of the road in terms of pricing and features. It has all the essential features of the C200 and the slimmer design like the more expensive models. However, it doesn't have the extra (personally a waste of money for me) features such as the night light and auto close/open. Installation was pretty easy. I had to swap my old 12" toilet supply line with a 16" one since the old one wouldn't be able to do a graceful loop with the shortened distance. Although my Kohler Cimarron toilet doesn't have a dedicated hiding area for the bidet seat's supply line and power cable, I was able to tuck them away fairly well. The key is to install the tee in a way that the side connection faces towards the back. Having the electrical outlet on the right side (or whatever side is hidden from view) and bundling the extra slack for the power cable behind the toilet helps too.
