I ordered what I found was the best, buy I was told they would send the equivalent or better. I trusted them. It is nice, I lost 2 features but they were not that important. My other half said “Don’t you dare send it back, I love it and have to admit that I am having a blast learning everything. You want to know anything Ask me”He is so funny and really likes it and so do I. no returns here.

Love having a bidet. Sometimes it’s hard to get up I could just sit there for hours. Works good still trying to figure out all the features. I would definitely recommend buying this.

Very easy to install. Perfect for our needs. It worked as described out of the box. Toto US told me they would honor the warranty if purchased on Wayfair. Not so with deeper discounted offerings from other sites.
