It's a great unit. We have another bidet seat, a different brand, and this one is definitely better. Lots of good options for temperature and stream strengths. The only reason it isn't perfect is the fault of our existing fixtures, not Toto's. The round seat toilets we have limit the space for the seat's workings and the spray. Elongated seats are much more comfortable for an after market bidet seat, but if your toilets are round, this is as good as it gets.
