I’ve owned a Breville espresso machine before, and I can honestly say this one feels much more hands-on and luxurious. From the materials to the buttons and overall design, it feels very high quality. De’Longhi’s customer support has also been incredibly helpful—if you ever have an issue or are missing a piece that wasn’t included with your set, they’ll make it right at no additional cost. I’ve had this machine for about a month and absolutely love it. If you take the time to read the manual, you’ll discover that the level of customization is exceptional from temperature to bean grind to milk froth and more. I love that I can press a button to empty out the beans and grounds so when I want a decaf in the evenings I don’t get caffeinated grounds mixed in. I love that I can stop the milk or the espresso at any point during the brew to get just the right amount of my choosing. The self-cleaning features are great and I’ve had no issues whatsoever.
