We have had it for only a few days and do not have any complaints but have a question. The instructions say not to use ROor distilled water. The city water here in College Station TX has a high sodium content consequently makes terrible coffee. We use RO water from a local supplier. We had the smaller unit and used this water. When we moved from GG(treated river water) we have been using the RO for about three years with no ill effects. I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor.
