[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with the design of this machine! It fits perfectly on the counter/table. I don’t need anything fancy. The 1 espresso & 2 espresso options are great, especially when someone asks for a double shot. The steam function works wonders, so be very careful because it gets so hot! It takes a few minutes to get hot and then another chunk of time to prepare the coffee. I love making homemade lattes with this. My parents love this more than I do. On the weekends, they will request a nice coffee and we feel like we’re at a coffee shop.

The instructions are fairly easy to understand. The water for both the espresso and steam heats quickly. The water reservoir is easy to remove and wash. The espresso doesn't come out quite as strong as I prefer, even using different ground espresso beans. I found it easier to froth the milking a cup first, then put the cup under the espresso spouts for the brew. Overall, this is a high end compact espresso machine perfect for those wanting an elevated coffee experience.
