I’ve owned a Breville espresso machine before, and I can honestly say this one feels much more hands-on and luxurious. From the materials to the buttons and overall design, it feels very high quality. As a former barista at Starbucks and local bakeries, I love being hands-on and having the ability to dial in my espresso exactly how I want it without it feeling like too much work. De’Longhi’s customer support has also been incredibly helpful—if you ever have an issue or are missing a piece that wasn’t included with your set, they’ll make it right at no additional cost. I think the price point makes perfect sense for the quality and overall experience, and I would definitely recommend this machine!

Bought the Arte Evo On sale and still getting used to it, finding the right grind. Love the features, I thought I would enjoy making espresso beverages the most, but the cold brew is surprisingly my favorite so far. Not a coffee snob so I had zero expectations with this machine...really enjoying it.
