Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this order: (1) It was not the "Gran Lattissima" but the "Lattissima Pro" (a less expensive machine). It took me 30 minutes to figure that out. (2) The milk container did not have any tubing, so the machine was inoperable right out of the box. (3) It was clearly Open Box, which I ordered, but with coffee pods and accessories tossed in; two pods broke in transit and spilled coffee grounds all over the machine; it took me 15 minutes just to clean it all up. I contacted Wayfair and their response: Call De'Longhi. I had to purchase a replacement milk container for $85. This is poor customer care, plain and simple. Buyer beware.

Great coffee machine! Milk frother is easy to use and clean. Only issue is that the plastic milk jug warped in the dishwasher and now the white milk frother component won’t fit properly. Called Nespresso to get a new milk jug and it is out of stock with no restock date available.

We have had this for over a year and it has performed well. We really like the coffee. It does require some maintenance. However, the last few days, the foamer has stopped working. It makes the espresso, but then doesn't take up the milk. Help!
