I absolutely love this machine. The set up was very easy and the coffee both espresso and the coffee button for me are the perfect taste of bold beans. It’s also helped me cut down on one less cup of coffee daily.

I love this machine! It was delivered quickly and we absolutely love using it! It isn’t cheap but compared to daily coffee runs, it will save you money!!!

Used it maybe 10 times. It was a hassle each time and then broke. Delonghi wants me to pay to ship it back to get looked at and determine if it is covered under their 2 yr warranty AFTER I had their customer service rep live on camera showing him what happened and the piece that somehow broks off. For the cost of this machine I will never purchase from them again

The item was brand new and I only had it a week when the water pump began to make a lot of noise whenever it ran. A brand new machine should work for a long time. I was dissatisfied that I had to pay a restock fee, but was unable to send it back When reported as damaged. Whatever I just wanted a machine that worked.
