If I could give no stars I would. This produce has leaked water since the first use out of the box. I followed all of the set up instructions, cleaned the parts, and ran water through each setting like the videos. It leaks continuously, and there is no means of assistance either via the manufacturer’s website or Wayfair either. I now have a very expensive and very useless machine. Be warned, if you are sent a defective product, Wayfair will not allow you to return it, they just push you off to the manufacturer. This has been my worst purchasing experience through Wayfair, and I may never use this company again.
