The toilet arrived on time, in perfect condition. I was very happy with the looks of it. When my plumber installed, inside the tank was a manufacturing problem and it was continuously running. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. Works great! I replaced a 30 year old toilet that was low flow and just had so many plumbing issues that could not push the paper through the clean out, not enough water flow to clear the lines. I finally had my yearly plumber call figure out the problem he suggested a pressurized toilet! Yay no more annual visit from the plumber nice guy but cost more than the toilet x 30 years! I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair. Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced. I love the toilet but the valve in the tank sometimes doesn't work. I have to take the tank top off to move the valve so the water will start to fill after the toilet is flushed. After much research I purchased the Persuade Curv Two-piece toilet. Part of that research was taking a factory tour at Kohler in Wisconsin where I learned that the entire internal workings of a Kohler toilet are porcelain where "matter" will not get stuck which was the issue that I had with another brand. I did have a plumber install it for me as we needed to move the valve over to accommodate the skirt style. It is a sharp looking toilet and it works extremely well. This pressure assisted toilet is much better than standard toilets. It can be a little loud and sounds like an airplane toilet, but with little kids it helps prevent clogs. The shipping was very good and it came intact. Customer service at wayfair is excellent. I would high recommend this toilet for remodel, replacement projects because it doesn't have a traditional stopper, water tank and the self-enclosed tank is clean and hopefully worry free for several years..
