Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. Love this toilet. Just keep in mind when you install this toilet that the water shut off and hose can go behind the toilet so you don’t see it. If your water shut off is already on the outside of that area you will not be able to move it once the toilet is installed. Got the toilet for renovation for our small bath. delivery was perfect. it came in 2 boxes. one box for bottom and one for tank. yes they were super heavy, but came in perfect shape. no damage. it flushes very quietly. this was comment from my husband the 1st time he used it. dual flush was a must for our house. this was one of the only Toto toilets that had this feature and it was in lower prize range. we had limited space between shower and wall. it fit's perfectly. our bathroom is only 8 by 6feet..
