I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair. When I ordered this toilet, the site said that the company was Perigold. Thankfully, the toilet was undamaged and I like it very much.

Product is as described. It arrived very well packaged. The price is unbelievable for a Toto. I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was, also. I will recommend Perigold!

Great for smaller spaces.

Even the plumber who installed this toilet for us, really liked it. I would order it again if we decide to replace another toilet.

Second time is a charm! Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
