Do not buy from Wayfair unless you want to get damaged items upon shipping arrival and get marginal customer support. The shipping packaging is barely adequate. The toilet was packed within a box that is 4” bigger with minimal paper padding. You can see toilet box with the shipping box next to it in the pictures below which not big enough to fit it. This is the second time I ordered the same toilet from Wayfair and both times the toilet arrived broken. The first time Wayfair refused to replace or refund my money as it was past 30 return window. When I called on the second order I was told that the supervisor is too busy to take my call and I need to call tomorrow. So overall terrible customer experience.

When I received my product, the toilet bowl was broken into pieces. The tank was ok. They did not ring door bell or anything.
