I haven’t installed the toilet yet, but I have another one identical to it and have been using it for the last three years. It’s absolutely the best flushing toilet and the quietest one I’ve ever owned. Extremely reliable.

Not well packed. Two toilets came in 5 separate packages, and one of them it was an absolute miracle that it survived intact. Only 3 stars for the atrociously bad packaging. The toilet functions without issues. It is designed to be compatible with a powered bidet seat, which we added. Again, the biggest issue is the dangerously flimsy packing. You're rolling the dice with shipping damage until Toto chooses to fix the packaging.

This toilet works as expected. The flush is strong and does a good job clearing the bowl without needing a second flush. It’s also fairly quiet. The elongated shape is comfortable, and the design is simple and clean. Installation was pretty standard and didn’t cause any issues. Just be aware that the seat is not included, so you’ll need to buy one separately. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills toilet that gets the job done.
