This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. A definite splurge, but worth it! Height works for both my partner (62) and I (54). Lots of customization, inc seat heat temps, water spray temps, nozzle angle. There are extra buttons in back control that dont apply to the S5 washlet (ie meant for the S7) . No clogging yet. The glaze is easy to wipe, but apparently easy to scratch off per manufacturer description Ie avoid harsh chemicals and rigid toilet bristles. use only gel based toilet cleaners .
