The toilet arrived on time, in perfect condition. I was very happy with the looks of it. When my plumber installed, inside the tank was a manufacturing problem and it was continuously running. I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair. I love the toilet but the valve in the tank sometimes doesn't work. I have to take the tank top off to move the valve so the water will start to fill after the toilet is flushed. Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced. I can't believe how quickly this toilet goes through a cycle of pushing the flush lever and when the water valve stops filling. It takes just over 30 seconds for the cycle. It does a great job clearing the bowl. I have read comments from some people who have complained about how it seems to get dirty too easily. I've been using the toilet for a week so I can't say if it gets dirty easily. But I wonder if they had read the cleaning instructions. Love this toilet. Just keep in mind when you install this toilet that the water shut off and hose can go behind the toilet so you don’t see it. If your water shut off is already on the outside of that area you will not be able to move it once the toilet is installed. This toilet was a great price and the exact one that I wanted for my daughter's bathroom. Unfortunately, it was shipped in two boxes. The tank arrived in great condition, but the bowl was in pieces. I contacted Wayfair right away (since my contractor needs to install the toilet as soon as the tile is complete) and they got back to me and said they will be sending out a replacement. Still waiting for the replacement, so I'm hoping that it will arrive soon and in one piece. Other than that, great customer service at a great price.
