This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. I can't believe how quickly this toilet goes through a cycle of pushing the flush lever and when the water valve stops filling. It takes just over 30 seconds for the cycle. It does a great job clearing the bowl. I have read comments from some people who have complained about how it seems to get dirty too easily. I've been using the toilet for a week so I can't say if it gets dirty easily. But I wonder if they had read the cleaning instructions.
