The kitchen accessories series RÅ is designed in collaboration with chef Jesper Vollmer. There is a focus on good tools in quality materials and the user-friendly Nordic design, the good grip has been the focal point in the series, which is created in heat-treated ash wood. The large cutting board is reversible and suitable for cutting, serving, and carving a roast. The wood is FSC certified.

Made of Acacia wood, the Viking Juice Well Cutting Board is naturally resistant to water and humid environments, making it also resistant to bacteria. Durable enough to be used as a prep and cutting board, but beautiful enough to be used as a serving board. The item is made of all-natural American black walnut wood. Walnut sapwood is white and john boos use all of the wood. It's a tone color of the wood and the tone of the wood varies within the tree itself. Variations in the final product are not defects and therefore not covered under our warranty.
