Baking Mats

This KitchenAid® 12" x 17" interior baking mat is designed to fit snugly in a large KitchenAid® baking sheet. The mat promotes even heat distribution, which results in better baking and great results every time. The mat is nonstick and heat-resistant to 500ºF and takes the place of parchment paper or foil while baking.

Guided prep, clean kitchen. Roll out pizza dough, pie crusts, cookie dough, and more. Shape dough easier with measurement markings and circular guides. Extra large prep mat keeps countertops clean.

Great mat, but measurement tables are written in red and white and are all but impossible to read, so great info is difficult to see. Grey or black writing would have been a much better choice.. Grancyn. Sun Oct 19 2025
