Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die. I was actually sent the wrong size pan but Fissler fixed the issue quickly. It is my first time buying a stainless steel pan instead of non-stick. I am impressed and wonder why I didn't use one before! As long as you follow instructions, even salmon fillets won't stick to the pan. This set are amazing they heat up even and quickly on my induction stove. Love the weight and the clean up is nice. Just make sure to let the pans cool down before cleaning .
