After first use, from the inside of the pot the stainless steel peeled off in one spot. It looks like as if the pot has a very thin layer of coating the peeled off from inside. Very strange. And the outside of that one pot turned black from just that one use. Other pots didn’t.

This pan gets super hot and heats up quick. It's great for searing and it cleans up nicely. I would recommend
