[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy to have this book in my hands! On top of being well-designed, it’s very educational and informative. I got to learn about it - its origin/history, how it works, and its benefits. This book guides you from beginning to end (prep to completion). The second half of it are recipes. I went through each page and bookmarked the recipes I liked. I made something simple for my first try, but I will eventually make some of my favorites from this. Some are more complex and require more ingredients, but for the most part the cooking part is simple and easy to understand and follow. If you have the fissler pressure cooker or plan to get one, this complements it very well. I recommend it
