Great recipes and instructions. Explains how pressure cookers work and how to use it with all recipes. The recipes are simple and tasty.

A very well put together nicely book with clear instructions and beautifully illustrated photos and diagrams. The problem with it though is where do I start to make a selection to try? The choices seem endless which is a great thing. Well done Fissler!

Finally! What has been missing over the whole years was this book, focusing on the pressure cooking basics and providing a mix of nice recipes to make with our Fissler blue dot 6qt cooker. Worth every penny of the price.
