I have also used it on fresh dough and it handled it very nicely . The steel is easy to clean and good thing is it is dishwasher safe . The handle is comfortable and cutter feel sturdy. I wish the blade is a bit sharper though.

It's made of stainless steel and has a decent amount of weight to it and I love that it's rust-resistant! It cuts super smoothly and can be used to cut way more than just pizza! We've used it to cut pancakes, quesadillas, brownies, and sandwiches! It's also super convenient that it's heat-resistant and dishwasher safe! This is the only pizza cutter you'll ever need to buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Influenster and Fissler for the pizza cutter. I love the stainless steel look. As a lefty some cutters are hard to grip but this one can switch hands easily. With a toddler, I need quick and efficient and the pizza cutter did just that
