Cons: The reason I am not giving five stars because of the literature not very helpful, and secondly the hardware for hangar is not complete. I cannot assemble the holder and hook together, I need to get from hardware store. Refer the picture to see the length of the screws provided and there is no nuts provided for other side. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. The first product did not operate although I didn't discover it until months after originally delivered - we hadn't installed it right away.
