Easy installation; functions perfectly.

Great for the price, but weird fit on the the toilet.

I love this bidet! It works great, is easy to install, and is cheaper than brands with more relentless marketing strategies (tushy). I love supporting a local, WI business and knowing that the product is high quality. The ordering process was easy and it came promptly in the mail. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I bought the PureWash M100 on August 12, 2023. I purchased it on AMZN. My initial impression was very good. The installation was simple and easy. All was going well until September 22. Upon returning home I found water all over the bathroom floor. I thought that one of the water line connections was leaking. I checked all lines and that was not the problem. It was leaking at the handle right where the chrome ring is on the handle as best as I could determine. And it wasn't a minor leak/drip. It was leaking a lot of water. It's unfortunate because I liked the unit and it worked well until this incident.
