It quit working with 2 months. Did all the troubleshooting (new batteries, reset,etc.). Doesn't work, no noise. Piece of crap and I bought it because of Kohlers reputation.

Nicely built and portable bidet that is easily stored in a drawer or cabinet--uses AAA batteries and tap water. Pros: No plumbing or tools needed, very portable, can use water (cold or warm) and easy to operate. Two nozzle patterns and spray intensity modes. Cons: The folding neck of product folds relatively easily--would prefer stiffer to adjust/pivot to keep spray in preferred direction. The threading for use threads are after the travel/storage treads. The threads to attach the sprayer onto the container/bottle for use should be the set easier to attach.

A great concept but for me it was too heavy & not easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to use has easy controls. Water pressure is great. Kinda big to just carry in a purse but to travel with is good. Battery lasts forever. Cleans you really well better than just paper. I would recommend this to anyone to try
