My double wall oven pushes updates without asking me, during the day, while I’m cooking. This has been an issue since I’ve had it. It doesn’t do it every time I cook so I haven’t called about it. I called today, spoke to the WiFi connection team first and they said it was an issue bigger than their team could support. They send me to repair/service and I’m told “it is out of warranty”. For an appliance this expensive, I expected better service. Otherwise I do like the oven, but the shutting off mid cooking to update and then getting no support is disappointing.. Twhite23.
