Updated to newer model, control panel is a huge upgrade.

The previous GE Advantium wall oven quit working after just over 10 years -- sadly typical it seems -- but it was so fantastic the choice to buy a new one seemed like an easy decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the versatility of the Profile Advantium, the settings for fresh pizza works well and potatoes are perfect. I bought my first, a GE Monogram Advantium in 2003 and it performed very well. Love this upgrade. So easy to use. I appreciate I can use the smaller trays from my old Advantium and have new larger ones.

This oven/microwave combo is the BOMB! This oven does it all. It will speed cook 2 baked potatoes, with crispy skin in 20 minutes. Overall, this appliance is the heart of a kitchen. I use it everyday in one way or the other. It looks great installed over my standard type oven. Excellent appliance.

With this oven being less than a year old and installed only four months ago, it caught fire and melted the door. If we had have engaged the oven remotely, it would’ve burned our house down. I highly recommend not purchasing this oven. Since I am a professional builder, I will not be installing this oven and any of my custom homes. They refused to replace the oven and only wanted to repair it, which is totally unacceptable. If you look, there are reviews on the Internet with the same issue. I would not recommend this oven to anybody in fact I would tell them to be aware that it could be a fire hazard.
