I should have pulled my older model Cafe French door oven out and brought it to my new house. This new model has less racks, less room and lots of software glitches. The new design of the easy glide racks take up more room in the oven, resulting in less clearance for pans between the racks. You have to constantly rearrange racks depending on what you need to accommodate. And now there are only 2 racks instead of 3. I dont see any feasible way to even make use of a 3rd rack in this oven due to the oversize of the 2 provided. Touchscreen control has locked up several times needing reset at the circuit breaker.

I love the look of this oven, a friend had this style for a medical condition and I was sold. I ordered the entire kitchen suite in stainless with the optional gold handles and it’s beautiful. It’s very fancy with all the electronic controls and I just had it installed a couple weeks ago and have baked several things in it and it performs well.

I knew I had to have this oven when I started planning my kitchen remodel. The cafe doors and the matte white finish on this oven make it really stand out. I also appreciate the functionality of this oven matches the great appearance. I replaced a double wall oven configuration for this oven paired with the Advantium oven and so far I have zero regrets. The minimal loss of capacity has not been a problem. The convection, proofing and broiling features are all spot on. The integrated thermometer was accurate and useful at Thanksgiving. I have not explored the Wi-Fi features in the past year of ownership. Honestly the phone app is a bit clunky and not particularly helpful. In summary, this oven is the crown jewel in my suite of Cafè appliances. Worth the price if you like beautiful design paired with excellent performance.

This oven is absolutely beautiful. I haven’t used it much so far but the few items I baked the cakes came out perfectly. Love the double doors. So much better to not have to reach over a hot oven door. I feel is it worth the extra price.
