I am very happy with my choice and am glad I waited for it to come and did not get something I really did not want. I opened the box just to look at it because I have to wait for it to be installed but the look and knobs is exactly what I wanted. I know I will be happy when its hooked up.

I love my Bosch oven because it is a beautiful appliance that Is a pleasure to use. It has the built-in convenience of a convection oven when you need that function, plus when I make bread dough, it has a proofing function to rise the dough. Additionally it has a warming option too. It's just such a great oven!

So far so good. Only used the oven a few times but I really like it. It did have a funny smell the first few times I used it, but that has diminished. The control knobs glide very smoothly and maybe too easily. You have to be careful not to brush up against the control knobs because you may accidentally change the settings, or turn the oven off or on without realizing it.

It looks nice and is nice and simple but there are certainly a few issues. The timer setting interface is very annoying because you have to press the plus button many times slowly to get to the right amount of time and if you press it too fast it just keeps going up to a higher number. when I try to go back down it does the same thing. Also, the knobs are extremely easy to be moved around and many times while baking someone (maybe me) has leaned near the oven and the dials turn. this can make it so the temperature or the cooking mode changes which can easily mess up a dish. this has happened quite a bit. in addition, the heating in the oven is not consistent so that certain racks cook much faster than others. Also, you can only change the oven temperature in 25 degree increments which to some is an issue. Complaints aside, it has a good amount of cook options.

I'm finding that this oven runs cold. I'm still trying to figure out how to translate recipe instructions into cooking settings. Always end up upping the temp and using convection, otherwise it feels like it doesnt heat enough. Also, the knobs are very easy to mistakenly move around if youre cooking and your boky is agaisnt them
