Its an interesting appliance, small oven that can be used in traditional or in steam mode. Steam makes many foods taste better and cook faster. Many recipes clearly benefit from steam cooking but this steam oven could have been so much better if only allowed for better control of the cooking process. I will list few things that annoy me the most: - no option to regulate how much steam is added (% of humidity) during cooking, the amount of steam is also not displayed (probably not measured) - when using traditional cooking mode there is an option to "add steam" but again very limited as we dont know how much steam is being added, you can only add steam for 5min, whatever that means. - there is no option for regular baking, only convection baking and no way to know or change the fan speed. - there is an option to save the recipe but again it is extremely limited as its only allowed to save modification to the recipes that is factory preloaded. I didnt find a way to create and save recipe from scratch. - the most annoying "feature" is a requirement to perform water discharge cycle after the cooking program that used steam is over, every single time. There is no way to delay that, you have to do it or you wont be able to use the oven, even if you are ready to put new dish for steam cooking right after the first is done. Its the same that regular oven would require you to open the door and wait 3 min before you could put another dish for baking after taking one out, maddening. Most of the issues i have could be fixed with software/firmware upgrade but the oven desnt appear to be wifi or Bluetooth enabled so it doesnt look like it would be possible to perform such an update. I bought it at heavy discounted price so i will keep it but if i would pay full price for this steam oven i would be extremely disappointed and i would send it back.

I have never had a steam option before on my oven and this combines with combination cooking mode, combining convection baking, broiling and roasting with steam cooking. My food has been extra tender and I am obsessed with this oven. It looks so beautiful on the wall and is so sleek looking. This is a must have for kitchens!

OMG Baking bread in this oven is unbelievable. Never thought it would be this good!!

We had looked forward to this appliance and designed our new kitchen specifically to accommodate it. However it "freezes" regularly when we use the steam feature and it is ending the cycle. The screen freezes and will not reset without resetting the breaker. Extremely unhappy.
