This appears to be a well-made combination wall oven. We especially like the conventional oven racks and the stainless steel lining of the microwave oven. However, one aspect of the microwave design we do not care for: the edges of the door. The door edges appear "unfinished" in that they are simply metal with no edge. They appear as the designer did not finish his or her work.

My wall oven/microwave did not come with the bottom trim piece. When I tried calling wayfair, I was transferred to GE. After going through numerous call options, I continually get disconnected. I would love to give a higher rating, but poor customer service results in one star.

Love Love Love! Did kitchen remodel and ordered this through Wayfair! Couldn’t be happier. Looks and cooks great and priced great!

We've been in our new home a little over a week and are really enjoying it. The microwave/convection oven has a lot of features, but the online instructions made it easy to learn and get up and running. I'm looking forward to trying the convection and broil functions soon. Since this was a model home, it did not come with the convection rack or broiler pan, so I have not been able to fully explore those features yet. Overall, the appliance seems great so far, and we're excited to continue learning everything it can do.

I love my new microwave/oven I would of gave it a 5 star rating except that when we ordered the 3 appliances we ordered the fingerprint resistant on all the appliances, but when we unboxed them we discovered the microwave/oven only came in stainless steel, I was so disappointed!! I do love the microwave door how it opens down its really nice like that and in the oven it has a rack that rolls out. So overall it’s a 5 but I would of loved to have known a head time that was the way it had to be.
