Mepra Roasting pan appears to be made of quality stainless steel for even cooking and lifetime use. The lid doesn't fit snugly, which presents the possibility of steam escaping during cooking. The size is perfect for a large bird, and the included rack kept it elevated for even cooking and crispy skin. The nonstick surface made cleanup incredibly easy and nothing stuck, not even the caramelized bits from the turkey drippings. When I used it for tomatoes, the high sides kept everything contained, and the nonstick finish allowed me to roast them without worrying about sticking or scorching. The pan distributed heat evenly, and the handles felt sturdy and safe when moving it in and out of the oven. This roaster has quickly become one of my go to pans.
