Amazing pan. Just read instructions, cannot use over 400 degrees. I bought it to make prime rib and had to make adjustments to my normal recipe. If it was safe to 500 degrees, would have given it 5 stars

Very good product for minimal cleanup; HOWEVER, with all the 'care' conditions on the brochure that came in the box, such as: do not use metal utensils; pot lids and handles may be hot - use hot pads; several things from 'too high heat will cause the non stick properties to diminish' to 'do not stack your pots and pans on top of one another', to 'low to medium heat is recommended': I would consider another product first. Very expensive for all the special care these require!
