I absolutely love this stainless clad roaster. The quality is outstanding — it feels heavy, sturdy, and very well made. It heats evenly and cooks everything beautifully without hot spots. I’ve used it for roasting meats and vegetables, and everything comes out perfectly browned and juicy. The handles feel secure and comfortable, even when the pan is full, and the lid fits nicely to keep moisture in. Cleanup is also much easier than I expected, which is a huge plus. This feels like one of those pieces you’ll have for years. Definitely worth it — highly recommend!
