We really like our new fry pan. It is the nicest non-stick fry pan we have ever owned. We can cook long pieces of bacon along with eggs and potatoes at the same time. This is a solid pan, very durable. Great weight to it but thin for the materials. I have been slowly collecting better quality pans and this is line with the other brands I use. I love this non stick pan ,I cooked shrimp in it yesterday as it arrived and I used little fat and they cook evenly and did not stick , my son was happy he did not have to scrub the pot it came out clean. I absolutely love this stone pot. Its non stick and my Jamaican oxtail stew came out delicious! I love the shape and how heavy it is. However it is a little too wide for my burner and the has more heat in the middle than the outer rim when cooking. I had to keep checkingadjusting it too make sure it was seated on the burner perfectly yet my stew came out amazing! So far so good! The pan is labeled as non stick but I didn’t know how true that would be given that it’s made of metal. However, it’s maiden use was cooking a ton of peppers and onions down for fajitas. I did use some oil but not as much as I expected to need to. It worked great! Clean up was a breeze. As for other reviewers saying that the handles remained cool to touch, that was not my experience and I definitely needed hot pads to maneuver. Being that they’re also metal, that was not my expectation that they would remain cool but I thought I would clarify given other comments. We went with the big one, the 12.5” and ours holds up to 6L per the dash marks. Only disadvantage is that it doesn’t come with a lid.
