So far so good! The pan is labeled as non stick but I didn’t know how true that would be given that it’s made of metal. However, it’s maiden use was cooking a ton of peppers and onions down for fajitas. I did use some oil but not as much as I expected to need to. It worked great! Clean up was a breeze. As for other reviewers saying that the handles remained cool to touch, that was not my experience and I definitely needed hot pads to maneuver. Being that they’re also metal, that was not my expectation that they would remain cool but I thought I would clarify given other comments. We went with the big one, the 12.5” and ours holds up to 6L per the dash marks. Only disadvantage is that it doesn’t come with a lid. However, I’m hoping I can find a universal fit lid that will work.

This pan is beautiful! There are no rivets on the inside, so cleaning it is super easy! Cooked a pot of spaghetti for 7 and even had leftovers. It is a BIG pot! I will be looking into buying more of these pans. Reasonable priced for something that will definitely last forever!

I use this frying pan for everything. I love the large size with high sides. There are (1 - 4 liter) measurement markings etched inside the side of the pan for easy measuring, making cooking so much easier. It is a perfect size for preparing larger portions of anything. Foods brown beautifully. It is great looking. It’s easy to clean. The handles get warm but not too hot to handle. I just wish it had a lid.

This fry pan is gorgeous! Of course, it is important the pan cooks as good as it looks, particularly at this price point. The good news is that it does! Not only does it look great, it is sturdy and practical. The bottom of the pan (see photo) has a graphic indicating the various types of stove types that are recommended. I have a gas stove. This pan heats evenly throughout the bottom even though the flame is in the center. Also, the handles stay cool, although the pan is hot. This morning, I took pictures to share (attached) while making breakfast. Warning: I am a messy cook and I like my yolks cooked yellow all the way through! First I will mention I used a Teflon (turner) spatula and medium high heat. The food did not stick to the pan, it was easily picked up and moved around. Once cooking was complete, I moved the food to a plate and added an inch of water to the pan to soak while I ate (burner off). After eating (15-20 minutes), I dumped the water, added warm soapy water and cleaned the pan with a regular, cloth dishcloth; then towel dried. It cleaned easily and looks beautiful! NOTE: I would like a glass lid for this pan. However, I suppose there isn't really a problem with spatter due to the height of the side of the pan (3"). Also, if helpful, the diameter of the pan is about 9.5"; or, 12.5" with the handles.

This is a pan that can do the job. It is heavy and stays put on the stove. It is beautiful too look at and the size is perfect to feed all of our family. My hubby is Italian and loves to cook. His spaghetti sauce would put Giada to shame. This pan is the Bomb. I am not sure he is up to doing his one cooking show on youtube but one never knows.
