This is a solid pan, very durable. Great weight to it but thin for the materials. I have been slowly collecting better quality pans and this is line with the other brands I use. It is deep which makes it versatile for cooking anything. It heats evenly and cleans easily. And its a beautiful colour on top of that. Its a great addition to my kitchen.

These are beautiful pans and go from stovetop to oven, which I love. Get some bar keepers friend, the copper will discolor. The reason for 4 stars is that it seems I have to clean the copper after every use...but I have never used copper pans before so maybe this is normal. I did notice that while they came beautifully clean in the dishwasher, it seemed to make the discoloration worse, so Ive been handwashing. They come clean and look like new with the copper cleaner and a little elbow grease. They cook evenly and quickly and make a gorgeous addition to my kitchen.

I’ve only used this pan once since it arrived but was very happy with the results. It cooked a deboned whole chicken perfectly with even browning and non-stick results. It requires very little oil. Could not have asked for a better result.

Gorgeous pan!!! Much lighter than I expected which is actually nice. Not difficult to maneuver. Very non stick, my eggs just slid around d like magic which was wonderful. The lid fits perfectly and is low profile, which I like. All in all a great pan!

Gorgeous and precise! Not only does this frying pan look amazing on the rack, but it makes cooking the simple things, like an omelette, foolproof with its perfectly even hearing. I can’t wait to try really precise things like candy making now that I have such a high caliber pan to heat it in. Would definitely recommend!
