I love my Nanobond 3.5qt essential pan; it cooks like a dream. That said, I think even this size pan would’ve benefited from a helper handle. Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded.
