Can never go wrong with Calphalon! One of the best pans I've used! Multi-purpose, no residue, gorgeous color!

I wish I could give this item 0 stars. Calphalon is pure garbage. Expensive and not worth the money. The pots/pans are EXTREMELY sensitive to heat, they over heat VERY easily. If you have a gas stove forget it. The non-stick coating doesn't last, these pans burn eggs extremely easy.
