I think the paella pan did not meet its specification as a "PREMIUM NON-STICK" shown in the picture that this is just my 2nd time to use the pan and the rice sticked on the pan causing it to burn and chipped of coating, without using any hard cleaning material, just foam, also seen there's no scratches that i did to dsmage it. Exterior looks new but the interior really is very disappointing.
